Storage: One strong recommendation right at the beginning. Leave the terpenes
unopened until you really want to use them. If you want the terpenes to retain their
unique properties (as well as their rich taste and aroma), after opening, store them in a
cool, dark place and only take them out for a short time. It is recommended to keep
them at around 36F, which is roughly 2.22C.
Storing terpenes improperly will result in aroma degradation. Similar to cannabis
flowers, the more you open them and expose them to air and light, the more likely it is
that the terpenes will degrade and lose their effectiveness. Do you want to get the best
out of terpenes? So use them within 3 months of receipt.
Handling: How to handle terpenes? Literally in gloves. When handling, do not forget to
use protective equipment - gloves, glasses and, if necessary, a protective mask. Make
sure the area is properly ventilated and keep all restless curious people (especially
children) out of reach. Try to avoid contact with skin, eyes, wooden surfaces and fabrics.
Use: It is always a good idea to shake the product properly before use. These are
highly concentrated food grade terpenes and flavors intended for manufacturer use
only. Do not use terpenes directly, inhale them, or touch them with bare skin before
diluting.
